Our
friends
We have a small kennel with alaskan-, and siberian huskies. We
believe it is important to have only a few dogs so we can keep a close
relationship with them all. Just as humans, all the dogs have
different personalities. Each of them are special to us!
The huskies are unique in many ways but as well as other breeds
they need lots of love and care.
The
huskies personality makes the trip even better, they are friendly
and hard-working. |
...siberian husky
has been breed to run long distances with a light load. They are
easy going but are as independent as a cat.
The density
of the fur makes the siberian husky manage the cold winter which makes them just perfect for
sledding.
...alaskan husky
were bred by the Indians who used many different breeds to
perfect the perfect sleddog - the alaskan husky. They
used all good sleddogs in their breed, no matter of breed!
The alaskan husky are of
varying sizes and fur but they all love one thing - to pull a sled!
And did you know that the siberian- and alaskan husky can have
both
blue and
brown
eyes?
The
dogs running in front are called leaddogs. They listen
to our commands as "go left", "go right". The rest of
the team are just following. |
